Amazon has the largest affiliate marketing programs in the world. They have amazon associates programs which helps everyone monetize traffic whether you are on twitter or a blog. Amazon has numerous products and has numerous buyers, which meets many affiliates needs.

Below is a link to the Amazon’s affiliate program. It is a free to join program, but do note that you have to be approved. First you have to sign up and deliver at least three qualified sales within the first 180 days (no personal orders). After the sales, their associate teams will check your application and the traffic source, such as your website to ensure it meets certain metrics.

Amazon has different commission rates as shown in below table. The rates get updated frequently, so I recommend checking it on their website.

There are numerous advantages when it comes to Amazon like their regular retail promotions or their quick delivery world-wide. But their biggest advantage is their prime users. They already have their information logged, so all they have to do is click on your affiliate link and make a purchase within 24 hours. The session will end after 24 hours, meaning if consumers make purchase after the 24 hour period, it doesn’t count towards commission.
