Prowler is an open-source cloud tool that enhances security for cloud.  You can use it to perform security checks on AWS, GCP, and Azure.  It will provide audits, compliance, best practice assessments, hardening, continuous monitoring capability, and even incident response with forensics.  It checks against center for internet security and other benchmarks like HIPPA and GDPR compliance.  It is a command line based and was written in bash using AWS-CLI and works well with AWS services.
